James Frizzell, DDS, practices at Frizzell Dental in Niagara Falls, Ontario, where he offers cosmetic, general, and restorative dental care. Dr. James Frizzell attained his DDS at the University of Toronto, and the Niagara falls-based dentist is a member of both the Ontario Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association.
The Canadian Dental Association (CDA) is Canada’s premier organization of dentists and dental professionals. Its members believe in working toward a healthier public, a strong community of oral health professionals, and advancement for the dental profession as a whole.
As dentistry is a quickly changing profession, the CDA maintains updated information for prospective dentists and dental students. It also offers resources designed to help prospective dentists decide if they are in fact interested in a career in dentistry. This includes the Dental Aptitude Test (DAT) Program, which helps current students evaluate their potential for a career in oral health.
Dental schools also use the test to help them choose students for their programs. To learn more about DAT or view upcoming examination dates, visit: www.cda-adc.ca/en/becoming/dat.
